A gentle hydrating toner formulated for moisture-deficient skin. Restores proper pH balance and removes residue from makeup, cleanser or hard water that can leave skin tight and dehydrated. Effective hydrators and a soothing blend of emollient sandalwood, jasmine, ylang ylang and rose oils encourage moisture retention.

Directions For Use:

After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water.

Purified water, glycerin, phytohyaluronate, allantoin, panthenol essential oil of jasmine, sandalwood ylang-ylang, rose, steareth-20, diazolidynyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate.
