Product Description:

This refreshing antiseptic toner sweeps away excess oils and debris as it soothes and purifies oily, combination or problem skin without over-drying. Witch hazel’s astringent properties are gentle yet effective in calming and balancing oily skin. Chamomile, grapefruit and lemon essential oils leave skin super clean. Caring for oily or acne-prone skin does not mean trying to dry the skin out! Despite having excess oil, skin may still lack moisture, or water in the skin cells. Dehydrated skin may be even more prone to breakouts.

Directions For Use:

After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water.

Purified water, witch hazel aromatherapy distillate, allantoin, phytohyaluronate, essential oils of grapefruit, chamomile, lemon, steareth-20, diazolidynyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate.
